In 1983, Hoi Hup Realty began operating as a real estate developer in Singapore. Since then, it has developed many projects.

These comprise private as well as executive condos, landed and cluster housing developments, and even mixed-use developments. The Group has so far participated in adding around 8,000 dwellings to Singapore’s housing market.

They most recently launched Ki Residences, which is now under construction, in cooperation with Sunway. This was released in early 2021, and in less than 30 months, 93% of its 660 copies were sold. This success can be partly ascribed to their capacity to comprehend customer needs and incorporate them into their products.
